  • The product is unopened and unused, in its original packaging, within 7 days of delivery.

Note: Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned unless there is a defect.

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges
